UMSL Men’s Golf Finishes Fall Season With Sixth Place Finish at Golfweek DII Fall Invitational

The No. 6 ranked University of Missouri-St. Louis men’s golf team posted a sixth place finish at the Golfweek DII Fall Invitational, held Mondayand Tuesday, to close out its fall schedule.

The Tritons turned in a team score of 894 (298-299-297) in the field of 18 teams, which consists of five other teams ranked nationally in the top 10.

Senior Jose Acevedo was UMSL’s top finisher, tying for 10th place with a 219 (75-75-69).

UMSL will open its spring season February 20-21 at the Newberry Invitational in Kiawah Island, S.C.
