
Thorngren leads UMSL Women’s Golf on Day Two of National Championships
Freshman Emma Thorngren carded a team-best 78 on Thursday as the University of Missouri-St. Louis women’s golf team completed its second round at the NCAA DII National Championships.
The Tritons turned in a 324 and sit in a tie for ninth place with a score of 642 (318-324). Dallas Baptist remains atop the leader board with a 610 (299-311).
Individually, sophomore Maxi Roth is tied for 10th with a 154 (74-80).
Third round play tees off tomorrow morning.
