ST. LOUIS (September 10, 2015) – LPGA Hall of Fame Member and ESPN Commentator, Dottie Pepper, USGA President Thomas J. O’Toole, Jr., and PGA of America President Derek Sprague will join local Gateway PGA Professionals, General Managers, Superintendents and Allied Association Leaders in a Summit dedicated to discussing golf industry successes, challenges and opportunities.

The 3rd Annual Gateway Golf Summit will take place on Monday, October 26, 2015, at Forest Hills Country Club in Chesterfield, MO. Doors open at 8:00 a.m. for registered guests and the Summit will officially commence at 9:00 a.m.

In 2014, the second annual event, the Summit evolved to hold four unique panel discussions, including a State of the Industry Discussion, which centered on a discussion regarding Allied Associations in the Golf Industry and their Collective Responsibility in Growing the Game. In 2015, the Summit will directly confront the topics of diversity and inclusion in the game of golf. A unique and national perspective will be provided by each of the headlined guests along with their take on the current state of the game. On a local level, members of the golfing community will share how their race and/or gender have shaped who they are as players and administrators of the game.

Club Car and M&M Golf Car have announced their continued partnership with the Summit making them the presenting sponsor since the Summits inception. Additional partnerships are still available.

Additional details and registration will be forthcoming and can be found at: www.gatewaypga.org/home/
