(Kansas City, Mo.) – UMKC senior golfer Antoine Rozner was named Second Team PING All-American the GCAA announced today.
This season, Rozner was named WAC Golfer of the Year after winning four events and setting the UMKC records for lowest career scoring average and lowest single season scoring average.
After finishing as the runner-up at the Stillwater NCAA Regional, Rozner became the second ever ‘Roo to appear in the NCAA Championship where he tied for eighth in the country.
Rozner will be in action again this weekend when he tees-off in the Arnold Palmer Cup on June 24-26 in Formby, England.
Yesterday, Rozner was named Honorable Mention All-American by Golfweek and joins UMKC Track and Field athlete Bryce Miller as the second UMKC All-American this season.
Overall, UMKC has now produced 15 total All-Americans by 10 separate individuals.
