Missouri Golf Post



The No. 26/23 UMKC men’s golf team continues its fall season when it returns to the Jackrabbit Invitational on Oct. 1-3 at the Prairie Club Golf Course (par-72; 7,726-yard).

The Field
The 14-team field includes: Central Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina, Missouri, Houston, Connecticut, Boise State, UMKC, Oral Roberts, Kansas, Nebraska, Creighton, Santa Clara and South Dakota State.

The Course
Prairie Club is ranked as the third best course in Nebraska by GolfDigest and No. 76 on Golf Magazine’s top-100 public courses in the country.

The Schedule
The Roos will tee-off in a shotgun start on Oct. 1-2 at 9 a.m. CT, while Oct. 3’s final round will feature tee times starting at 8:30 a.m. CT.

About the Roos
The Roos return to the course after finishing second at the Ram Masters Invitational in Fort Collins, Colo.  In the event, Francois Lagraulet (Bordeaux, France) claimed the individual title, the Roos first since 2016.

The Roos return to Kansas City to host the annual Bill Ross Intercollegiate at Milburn Country Club in Overland Park, Kan., on Oct. 9-10.
