Mules golf ranked 10th in final GCAA Fall rankings

NORMAN, Okla. — The Mules golf team wrapped up their fall schedule a little over two weeks ago. Today they were ranked No. 10 in the final Golf Coaches Association of America/Bushnell/Golf Week Top 25 poll.

The Mules tallied 341 points in the poll to remain in the top 10. Chico State garnered 15 of 22 first place votes and 519 points to claim the top spot. Saint Leo had three first place votes and 500 points to come in second. The rest of the top five was Nova Southeastern, West Florida and Florida Southern.

The Mules won three tournament titles this fall, capturing crowns at the Missouri Southern Invitational, Missouri Western Regional Invite and the Arkansas Tech Invitational. The Mules placed in the top five in all five of their fall events.
