Mules Golf comes in at No. 21 in latest GCAA Poll
Mules Golf came in at No. 21 in the latest edition of the GCAA/Bushnell Golfweek Division II Coaches Poll released on Friday morning. UCM is down four spots from last month’s poll.
The Mules tallied 117 points in the poll to come in at No. 21. They wrapped up the fall portion of their schedule with a runner-up finish at the Lindenwood Invitational. Going in to the spring season, UCM is second in the MIAA points standings, just one point back of Central Oklahoma, who is ranked No. 19 in the poll.
Lynn garnered 12 of 18 first-place votes and jumped in to the top spot with 436 points after being fourth in the previous rankings. Florida Southern was second followed by Barry, West Florida and Nova Southeastern in the top five.
