Missouri Golf Post

Four Jennies appeared on the Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar list, released this week. Taelyn EntrikenElizabeth LeathOlivia Sobaski and Kelly Welker all earned the prestigious honor for Central Missouri.

The WGCA has one of the most stringent criteria in all of college athletics for selection to the All-American Scholar team. Student-Athletes must hold a minimum GPA of 3.50. This year, the WGCA recognized 952 golfers across all three NCAA Divisions and the NAIA.

This season, Jennies golf advanced to the NCAA Super Regional where they finished eighth, their highest place in team history. They also placed fifth at the MIAA Championships.
