Air conveying is to convey granular materials in a closed pipeline along the direction of the flow using the energy of the airflow, which is a specific application of the fluidization technology. The air-conveying device is of simple structure and easy operation, which can convey materials at horizontal, vertical or inclined directions. During the conveying process, materials can also be heated, cooled, dried, air classified or under other physical operations or certain chemical operations.
System introduction:
The system generally uses the Roots blower as the gas source, and the rotary feeder, injectors and sealed feeding pump as the feeding device. Materials enter the pipeline through the feeding supply and are conveyed to the silo after mixing with the high-speed airflow, and the gas filtered by the material – gas separator is emitted into air;

Suitable to projects with short conveying distance (within 300 meters), less material friction and more than one closed silo;
